Every Data Class Has an Owner, a Purpose and a Boundary.
How information is classified, segregated, processed and retained across the platform.
Data classes
The platform distinguishes personal/customer information, institutional information, system information and derived aggregated intelligence — each governed differently, each with defined rights.
Institutional segregation
Multi-institution architecture with logical isolation: a bank's portfolio data belongs to that bank; a department's programme data belongs to that department.
Purpose limitation
Data collected for a defined purpose is processed for that purpose. New purposes require new authorisation.
Processing governance
Controlled processing pipelines, documented data flows and defined retention.
Derived intelligence policy
Aggregated and appropriately protected intelligence products are governed by institutional agreements — identifiable farmer information is not a commodity for sale.
Retention
Defined retention schedules per data class, with contractual and statutory obligations respected.
