- Agricultural Digital Twin
- A continuously updated digital representation of agricultural holdings and activity — spatial, crop, environmental, financial and operational information connected over time.
- CBS (Core Banking System)
- The central system in which a bank maintains accounts and processes transactions; KRISHI360 integrates with CBS under institutional agreements.
- Digital Crop Survey / e-Crop Evidence
- Structured, digitally verified recording of what is cultivated on each plot in a season, replacing declaration-only records.
- DCCB (District Central Cooperative Bank)

- e-NAM
- The electronic National Agriculture Market — a pan-India electronic trading network for agricultural commodities.
- Farmer Registry / Farmer ID
- The authorised digital registry identifying farmers and linking them to land and programmes under national digital-agriculture initiatives.
- Forward Contract
- A pre-harvest arrangement in which buyer and seller document quantity, quality and timelines before the crop is harvested. On KRISHI360, facilitation covers discovery, workflow and evidence — never price or performance guarantees.
- FPO (Farmer Producer Organisation)
- A collective owned by farmer members that aggregates produce, inputs and services.
- GI (Geographical Indication)
- A protected designation linking a product's qualities to its region of origin.
- KCC (Kisan Credit Card)
- The national instrument for short-term agricultural credit, covering crop production and allied needs.
- KrishiMitra
- KRISHI360's recurring field-evidence framework: geo-fenced, geo-tagged, time-stamped, plot- and season-linked, identity-linked, audit-traceable reporting.
- MRV (Measurement, Reporting & Verification)
- The evidence discipline climate programmes require: measuring practices and outcomes, reporting them in structured form, and enabling independent verification.
- NPOP / PGS-India
- India's organic-certification frameworks — third-party certification (NPOP) and the Participatory Guarantee System (PGS-India).
- PACS (Primary Agricultural Credit Society)
